Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the following Android apps, published on Google Play by Mitesh Sheta, an individual developer (“the developer”, “I”, “me”):

In this policy, “the app” means whichever of these apps you have installed. It explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have.
1. Information the app collects
The app itself does not collect personal information, and it does not send any to me. It has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics and no server of its own.
- Your settings (scene, colours, deity, mantra text, festival name, date and greeting) are stored only on your device.
- Your own photo. If you choose a photo to show in the wallpaper, Android’s photo picker gives the app that one photo. The app copies it into its private storage on your device. It is never uploaded anywhere.
- Motion. The tilt effect reads your phone’s motion sensor. The readings are used on the device as they arrive and are never stored or sent.
2. Feedback and sharing
- Feedback (Diwali Live Wallpaper). Tapping Feedback opens your own email app with a message addressed to me, already containing the app version, the Android version and your phone model. Nothing is sent unless you send the email yourself. If you do, I receive your email address and whatever you write. I use them only to reply to you and to fix problems, and I do not share them with anyone.
- Share (both apps). Tapping Share opens Android’s share sheet with a link to the app on Google Play. The app does not see who you share it with.
3. Advertising
The app shows ads from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, the AdMob software inside the app may collect and process information such as your device’s advertising ID, IP address, general device information and your interactions with ads. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy. Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your phone’s settings (usually Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Security & privacy → Ads).
4. Permissions
- Internet and network state – to load ads.
- Advertising ID (
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_IDand Android’s ad services permissions) – used by Google’s ads software for advertising and ad measurement. - Wake lock and foreground service – declared by Google’s ads software for its own background work. The app does not use them for anything else.
The app does not ask for access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files. The only photo it can read is one you pick yourself.
5. Sharing and sale of data
I do not sell, rent or share personal information. The only information that leaves your device is what Google’s ads software collects, as described in section 3, and any email you choose to send me.
6. Keeping and deleting data
- Your settings and chosen photo stay on your device until you remove them. Clearing the app’s data, or uninstalling the app, deletes them.
- To have your emails with me deleted, write to the address below and I will delete them.
- To control advertising data, use the advertising ID settings described in section 3.
7. Security
Information collected by Google’s ads software is encrypted in transit. Your settings and photo are kept in the app’s private storage, which other apps cannot read.
8. Children
The apps are not designed for children. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent me personal information by email, contact me and I will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new effective date.
